Kenyon is committed to conducting its business in a sustainable manner and to promote goodwill in the communities surrounding us.

The Company ensures that it develops and maintains successful and long-term relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors based on mutual respect, trust and understanding.

The Company realizes that human capital is one of its key assets and ensures that employees have a positive work environment and all individuals are treated equally, fairly, respectfully and with dignity and integrity. Many employees, including foreign workers, are stakeholders of the Company.

Kenyon often organizes BBQ dinners for all employees and has on several occasions sent employees on paid holidays to Australia, China, New Zealand, Thailand and the USA.

With our Executive Chairman leading the way, Kenyon has made it a point to do our part in giving back to society. The Company contributes to the National Cancer Society and the Community Chest in Singapore. Kenyon also contributes on an annual basis to schools and universities as we believe that education plays an important role in our community and we want to set an example to encourage the next generations to do their part to improve the lives of their communities as well.
