Clean-In-Place (CIP) Skids

Kenyon’s CIP Systems are custom designed and sized to meet our clients’ requirements for the cleaning of the internal surfaces of pipework, vessels, blenders, filters, bioreactors and their associated fittings without disassembly. In designing each system, we ensure reduced water and chemical usage, reduced operating costs and at the same time increased cleaning efficiency by minimizing cycle time.

Our CIP Systems are flexible and can be customized to operate based on a single or multiple tanks configuration; and may be portable or stationary. Depending on the design, each system may include one or more supply pumps, atmospheric or pressure-rated tanks, eductors and/or return pumps. The cleaning solutions may be recycled or passed through once depending on the system’s configuration and the design of the wash cycles.
