Modular Skids for Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry

We have fabricated buffer hold, buffer prep, FETS, OSV, Filtration and other process skids for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. We can also design and fabricate clean-in-place (CIP) skids and single fluid heating/cooling units. Recently, we developed 2 types of highly efficient enclosed powder transfer system at extremely competitive cost.

Orbital Welding Capability

Kenyon has 40 well-trained orbital welders in Singapore with another 20 located in China. We have a total of 36 sets of orbital welding machines of which 24 sets are in Singapore. We perform orbital welding of ultra purity stainless steel piping for both the pharmaceutical and electronic industries, with tube sizes ranging from 1/8” up to 6”.
